Nora Hernandez

Nora Hernandez is a proud Cuban-American and lifelong South Floridian who has built her career on service, discipline, and trust. After earning a degree in EMS and Fire Science, she attended the Firefighting Academy and spent years serving her community, working her way through every level of the department and ultimately retiring as a Captain.

Today, Nora brings that same calm-under-pressure leadership to real estate. A lifelong passion, she understands property value, long-term strategy, and how to navigate today’s market with confidence. Whether helping first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or sellers ready for their next chapter, Nora takes a hands-on, honest approach focused on results.

Outside of real estate, Nora prioritizes family and balance. She’s married, a proud mom of two girls, and enjoys traveling, working out, spending time with loved ones, and hosting friends—to Nora a home isn’t just a place to live, it’s where life happens.
